Fall Session: Sept 20th - Dec 18th

Recreational - Programs


Tall & Small - 2 to 3 years, with Parent or Caregiver

This popular program includes motor development, gymnastics basics and exploration activities. Each hour long class makes use of weekly themes, music and equipment for little people.

Kindergym - 3 to 6 years

This one hour program will encourage the development of co-ordination, balance, fitness and basic gymnastic skills in an enjoyable, motivating way. Our smaller equipment helps to boost confidence and allows children to explore and learn gymnastic skills with greater independence.

Keener Kindergym

This program provides a greater challenge for girls ages 5 and up who are working on level Red or higher, or have been recommended by their coach. Classes are 1 1/2 hours in length.

Recreational - 6 to 9 and 9 to 12 years

Our Rec. classes offer girls and boys the opportunity to work on physical development and gymnastic skills in a friendly and challenging atmosphere. The programs are designed to allow each gymnast to progress through the CANGYM level system according to their intrest and ability. No experience is necessary at any age. All Recreational classes are 1 1/2 hours.

Teen/Adult

Teens and adults train 1 1/2 hours per week, working on skills of their choice on each apparatus. This class is an opportunity to learn gymnastics and have some fun. Beginner or old Pro? Everyone is welcome!

Tumbling

This class is for those who wish to focus on learning, or improving their tumbling skills. A great option for those wishing to work on gymnastics elements for sports like cheerleading, sport aerobics, acro dance, etc.
