Field Trips
Field trips are offered to area schools, daycare, nursery school and home school groups. Field trips at
the Kingston Gymnastic Club are designed to meet various physical education curriculums, movement exploration curriculums or just to have some fun as a special outing! At the KGC we offer age and ability appropriate activities by certified coaches that challenge each participant, inspire confidence and increase activity. We always fulfill our Clubs philosophy of 'Fun, Fitness and Fundamentals'. Field trips are typically 1.5 hours. While at the gym club each class will participate in a cardio warm up, small group rotations through the gym on floor, beams, bars, vault, and trampoline, as well as a game portion. We aim to provide progressive challenges at each visit, and have fun too!
Schools may book a total of three field trips per class per year.

Teachers are invited to book up to 3 field trips during the school year for their class - nursery school & grades JK to 8.
Cost is $4 per student. Field Trips available Wednesdays at 9:30, 11:00 and 1:00pm, Thrusday at 1:00 and Fridays at 9:30, 11:00 and 1:00.
